Merlin Cinemas are back!
There has been a definite return to the Big Screen and we are looking for the right person to join us on our journey to continued recovery and growth and to become managers of the future.
We need people that want to learn all aspects of our organisation and to embrace who are as a company. We are therefore offering a training management programme at our flagship Regal Cinema, Theatre, Bar and Restaurant in Redruth, West Cornwall, where all main aspects of cinema, restaurant and technical management can be learnt from the dynamic and forward-thinking management team situated there. This will be hands-on training - the best way to learn!
As knowledge increases, training will include management cover and/or secondments at some of our other cinemas to gain further confidence and skills.
Someone that possibly has their own transport and doesn’t mind travelling and, eventually, relocating is what we’re looking for.
