• Get a free ticket when you join. This free ticket will be valid for 12 months. 
• Your Movie Magic Discount Card can be used at any Merlin Cinema across the UK but your discount may differ at different cinemas.

Terms and Conditions of use:

• Your Movie Magic Discount Card is an annual scheme, which can be renewed at any time
• Your Movie Magic Discount Card must be valid for the date of the performance you are booking in order for you to benefit from the discounts
• To receive your discount, you must present your Movie Magic Discount Card at the time of booking/order
• The Cardholder must be present when purchasing or collecting tickets at the counters and the cards cannot be passed on to others. You may be asked to confirm some security questions when using your cards
• Your Movie Magic Discount Card remains the property of Merlin Cinemas Ltd. And can be cancelled and offers withdrawn at any time
• Renewing your Movie Magic Card can be done online, in person or by phone and your account will be credited with a FREE ticket for a future visit. Some restrictions and booking fee may apply
• Discount amounts stated are applied to the Standard Admission price
• Discount is not always available in conjunction with other promotions, such as Mini Movie, Bargain Shows etc
• Discount may not apply to some events and performances
• Discount does not apply to the Regal Theatre Redruth’s Live on STAGE shows
• Lost, damaged or stolen Movie Magic Discount Cards will incur a replacement charge of £1.50
• If a child turns 15 during their 12 month scheme the system will upgrade their account to an Adult account at no charge
• If an adult turns 60 during their 12 month scheme the system will upgrade their account to a Senior account at no charge
• Your Movie Magic Discount Card is not proof of ID
• Your Movie Magic free ticket can be used online or by phone, or in person. You will need to select Movie Magic Free as the ticket type when booking online, then select Continue and the system will verify your details. Restrictions apply to FLS films
• On Magic Mondays, cardholders will need to purchase their seats IN THE SAME TRANSACTION in order to get the discount and to ensure they get their group sat together. Please note it is the cheapest of the tickets that get calculated together to make up the two for one offer, although any additional higher priced Movie Magic cardholder in the transaction will still get their standard discount as normal
• If the film or show is advertised online as having the Free List Suspended (FLS) then any free tickets on your Movie Magic Cards will not be able to be redeemed on this title until the distributor removes the Free Ticket restriction (normally within a week or two)
